How to Perform Salaat (2 Rakah)

Allah is the Greatest

Glory to You, O Allah, 

and Yours is the praise. 

And blessed is Your Name, 

and exalted is Your Majesty. 

And there is no deity to be worshipped but You

I seek Allah's protection from Satan who is accursed.

--Al-Fatiha--

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, most Merciful

All praise is due to Allah, Lord of all that exists( the whole universe)

The Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Master(lord) of (the Day of Judgment)

You alone we worship and You alone we ask for help

Guide us to the Straight Way

The Way of those on whom You have bestowed Your Grace

Not the way of those who earned Your Anger, nor of those who went astray

Aameen

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, most Merciful

--Al-Asr--

By the time Verily

Man is in a state of loss indeed

Except those that believe and do righteous good deeds,

and exhort each otherr to follow the truth, and exhort each other to observe patience

Allah is the Greatest

Glory be to my Lord, the Most Great (*3)

Allah hears those who praise Him

Praise is due to our Lord

Allah is the Greatest

Glory be to my Lord, the Most High (*3)

Allah is the Greatest

My Lord forgive me

Allah is the Greatest

Glory be to my Lord, the Most High (*3)

Allah is the Greatest

Say, He is Allah, the One

Allah, Allah is Eternal,

He begets not, nor was He begotten

And there is none equal or comparable to Him

Allah is the Greatest

Praise is due to our Lord

Allah is the Greatest

Glory be to my Lord, the Most High (*3)

Allah is the Greatest

My Lord forgive me

Allah is the Greatest

Glory be to my Lord, the Most High (*3)

Allah is the Greatest

All compliments, all physical prayer and all monetary worship are for Allah, Peace be upon you, Oh Prophet, and Allah's mercy and blessings, Peace be on us and on all righteous slaves of Allah

I bear witness that no one is worthy of worship except Allah 

And I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and Messenger

Oh Allah, send grace and honour on Muhammad and 

On the family and true followers of Muhammad 

just as you sent Grace and Honour on Ibrahim and on the family and true followers of Ibrahim 

Surely, you are praiseworthy, the Great.

Oh Allah, send your blessing on Muhammad and

the true followers of Muhammad, just

as you sent blessings on Ibrahim

and his true followers

Surely, you are praiseworthy, the Great.

Oh Lord, make me and my children keep up prayers,

Our Lord, accept our prayer,

Our Lord, forgive me and my parents

and all the Believers on the Day of Judgement
